- 기초생활수급자: 총 50만 원
- 차상위계층 및 한부모 가족: 총 40만 원
- 소득 하위 90% (1차 + 추가 지급): 총 25만 원 (15만 원 + 10만 원)

미성년자도 지원 대상!

2025, Hope for All Citizens! Understanding the Livelihood Recovery Support Fund
Good news has arrived for all of us going through tough times: the decision to provide the 2025 Livelihood Recovery Support Fund. This fund will be provided to all citizens, but the support amount will vary depending on income level. Let’s check out the details together.
Available to Everyone, More for Those in Need!
All citizens of South Korea can apply for this Livelihood Recovery Support Fund. However, in line with the purpose of the support, it will be provided differently based on income level. A primary payment of 150,000 KRW will be provided to all citizens except the top 10% income bracket, and those in the bottom 90% income bracket will receive an additional 100,000 KRW.
Extra Benefits for Specific Regions Too!
Residents in 84 regions facing population decline will receive an additional 20,000 KRW per person. For example, Basic Livelihood Security recipients residing in a population decline area can receive up to 520,000 KRW in total.
Expected Support Amounts by Income Bracket?
The exact income criteria will be calculated based on health insurance premium payments. The roughly estimated support amounts are as follows:
- Basic Livelihood Security Recipients: Total of 500,000 KRW
- Next Lowest Tier (차상위계층) and Single-Parent Families: Total of 400,000 KRW
- Bottom 90% Income Bracket (Primary + Additional Payment): Total of 250,000 KRW (150,000 KRW + 100,000 KRW)
- Top 10% Income Bracket: 150,000 KRW (Primary Payment)
Minors Are Also Eligible!
Minors are also eligible for the Livelihood Recovery Support Fund and will receive it through their parents or guardians.
When and How to Apply?
Applications for the Livelihood Recovery Support Fund are expected to begin in mid-July 2025. The application methods being considered are as follows:
- Credit card or debit card
- Local love gift certificates
- Prepaid card

Further Contributing to Local Economic Revitalization!
